IBG head joins business leaders at British Chambers of Commerce Annual Conference 2015
Amarjit Singh joined industry leaders and key political figures at the recent BCC Annual Conference held in London.
The stimulating event brought together distinguished speakers, officials and guests from industry and Government to discuss “A business plan for Britain”. With the general election just three months away, this year’s conference was an opportunity to hear how our next government would empower enterprise and business growth.
The Prime Minister and other key speakers, including Vince Cable and Ed Balls, commented on the significance of international trade for the British economy. Those operating in the UK/India corridor will have been particularly encouraged by the positive dialogue about boosting British exports and the emphasis placed on trading with emerging high growth markets around the world.
With extensive experience in UK/India business relations, Amarjit offered delegates invaluable insights into India’s current economy and investment climate and offered tips on how best to approach this exciting market.
As always, social media was buzzing with activity throughout the conference and here are some of Amarjit’s top tweets from the day. Remember to follow @_indiagroup on Twitter to stay up-to-date with all of our latest developments.
